We have an increasing number of guests from NATO, JWC.
There are several reasons for this - the hotel has a good central location, good prices, etc., but one of the most important reasons is that the NATO / JWC bus service calls at our hotel to collect guests. This combination of an inexpensive stay and convenient logistics means our hotel is a very good alternative for demanding officers.
If the number of NATO guests staying with us is not sufficient for the bus service to make a call, the other hotels with scheduled departures are within 4 to 5 minutes walking distance.
Michael, who owns and runs the hotel, is a reserve officer and will do his utmost to ensure that NATO Transport Section collects guests at the hotel, irrespective of whether they are going to Ulsnes or Jåtta. (Ulsnes is a 30 minute walk from the hotel or 7 minutes by car. Jåtta is a 10 minute drive.)
If there are groups staying for longer periods then the hotel can arrange to serve these guests a good dinner. Although this meal is quite inexpensive, it must always be ordered and agreed in advance.
